I think what fueled my decision to “leave” the Yu Yu Hakusho fandom is the fact that I rarely met any nice fans.
90% of the time they just wound up not being who I thought they were, or just were plain mean and rude.
I know that isn’t the entire fandom, and this is just my experience, but I just wish I could have met more of the nice fans.
Then maybe I wouldn’t have left and would resent YYH a whole lot less.
